The ability to handle both balanced (with or without power) and unbalanced audio is very useful, but make sure you use the correct adapters and extension leads or you will get noise on the signal. The unit is well-built with the controls well laid out.

It gives you value for money spent. Thanx Behringer and Amazon for this product. I have been using this product for the last three months and i have just one word to describe it WOW!

I have been using it to mix live audio input for video from a variety of microphone sources. I have used it both on stage and in my studio and the performance has been flawless.
The variety of inout and output options exceeded my expectations. In theory you could use them as an additional eight mono channels, but their usefulness would be limited. This is not a fault of the mixer, it is the nature of using unbalanced input incorrectly. My only issue is that the plug and socket for the power supply unit is not as sturdy as I would like for mobile work, but I can live with that.
For the price, I would highly recommend this unit. It is important to remember it is four single audio channels with pan, plus four stereo channels with balance. For what I need, this mixer desk is exactly right.
