It was also very filling so great to eat to fill up on as only 9cals per 100g. The media could not be loaded. Don’t write reviews very often, but it’s felt this product really did deserve a review. Amazing!

Following a low carb diet and saw this keto friendly product and thought I’d give it a try. Brilliant! Doesn’t have much of a flavour but soaked up the juice from the steak. Then I popped half a portion in the microwave and served with fried steak, and veg.

I would say a packet is two portions unless you’re super hungry! I followed the instructions and emptied the packet and thoroughly washed the diet rice and then drained it in a very fine colander.
