so the design of that gets a thumbs up from me. If you think you may have a serious iron deficiency ( ie losing hair! The tablets are quite large, but are easy to take thanks to the torpedo shape and coating.

So I am very excited to hear of a kinder iron supplement and have started taking these- so far so good, no cramps or nausea, which I normally get pretty much straight away -so I am hopeful, but it is early days so I will update my review. Being borderline anemic I often suffer from crippling tiredness among a few other symptoms and when it gets too much I will take cheap iron tablets. I Have No Stomach Pains And No Other Side Effects and I can feel that my energy levels are definitely better.
