I used the tool 3x's. It was so much worth the little bit of money I spent instead of having to buy a whole new outside faucet which would have been very costly. I knew the issue was just the threads so I did some research and found Mr. Mine were in pretty bad shape and when I finally got the tool threaded I did not think I would solve the leaks because the threads were so cracked like teeth.

Great high-quality tool. With the fixed threads however, the Bibb was somewhat useable, but I was able to stop the leaks completely with some pipe sealant tape and a quick release valve. If the end of your hose was crushed and it's out of round.

I've always had issues threading hoses or "quick connects" all the way onto the faucet so they would always leak at the connection. I am so happy that this worked it was the best $20 I ever spent! No more leaks, threads clean.
