It is the size of a small single-bed room, and the heater takes about 20 minutes at full power to bring the temperature up to a comfortable level. I have requested to refun this item. I purchased this heater for my garden office which gets freezing cold in the winter.

This is excellent compared to the 2-3 hours the electric heater takes. This is the first time I have put it on, but one of the three heat lamps is not working. If you can replace rather than refund, please get in touch The only downside is that the security mechanism is a bit too effective and the turning motion keeps triggering it, so I have to put something underneath but this is no bother.
I’m writing this review in mid February, I haven’t used the electric heater since I purchased this back in November and don’t plant to do so ever again
