This works really well for removing eye makeup. Neutrogena's use of synthetic silicones in their eye makeup remover however, doesn't leave behind that lingering, greasy residue on the skin, common to oil-based eye makeup removal products. For the average makeup wearer, this product is perfectly cromulent and I would recommend it without hesitation.

If you have a ton if mascara caked on, it doesn't completely remove it in one use, though, but definitely helps. Everything comes off easily. I’m definitely using it all the time now. There was no burning or irritating sensation.

It is a great price and lasts a long time. This aspect is the main factor in giving the product a 4/5. It doesn't dry out my skin or leave any residue. Applying just a little bit to a cotton pad or cleansing cloth goes a long way.
