Lion's Mane is not a supplement you will feel instantly like a cup of coffee, but after 2-3 weeks it's a noticeable enhancement. It's a wonderful choice to help prevent dementia, mitigate symptoms of nervous system disorders, or support the brain and nerves in healthy people (which is how I'm using it). Also, my stomach has been fine, no issues with stomach upset or anything.

Considering all this, their mushroom supplements are priced very competitively compared to many others on the market, and I'll probably purchase this one again. The jar I received has an expiration date more than two years from now, and the dark colored glass jar ensures the product will be kept safe from light and moisture that would damage it. So far, I've been adding this Lion’s Mane Mushroom extract powder to my morning smoothie/shake, and it mixes well in there, no issues.
It is a powder made from whole dried mushrooms (both mycelium and fruiting bodies), not an extract. If you find the taste too strong, it's barely noticeable at all when mixed into sauces, soups, stews or other savory foods. but an important way to build trust between a company and a customer.
It's produced in Europe from organic mushrooms, and contains no added starch (this is a common problem with other mushroom supplements, which sometimes contain high levels of starch from the grain the mycelium is grown on).
