How the SMS Smart Fan Controller works

The SMSCOM Smart Controller is electronically controlled and provides a simple, accurate method for the correct temperature of your room (Temperature cable needs to be attached, and is sold separately). There is a control on the front which allows you to manually adjust the speed of the fan - and the rate of extraction. The controller comes with a cable, which helps you connect the unit to a Rhino EC fan. The Rhino EC Smart Fan Controller allows you to slow down or speed up your fans to adjust the temperature in your grow room. The additional temperature sensor can be plugged into the small jack socket that is located on top of the unit. Plug the unit directly into a mains outlet, and an extraction fan can be plugged into the front of the unit - you should see a socket. If you're using a Rhino EC Ultra Silent and/or a Rhino EC Ultra fan, this controller is perfect for you. It's how you can maintain negative pressure in your grow room. This allows you to control both the fan speed and set a “maximum” temperature which, when reached, will speed up the fan until the temperature of your grow room has decreased again.
