But who will get there first - Henley, or the Jigsaw Killer? 'What a fantastic book - gruesome murders, a wonderful new detective and some hard hitting themes explored' Chris McDonald, author of the DI Erika Piper series But when Olivier learns of the new murders, helping Henley is the last thing on his mind . It evokes, vibrantly and indelibly, a world I've never even glimpsed, much less entered - neither in literature nor in life. But it can't be him; Olivier is already behind bars, and Henley was the one who put him there. 'From the shocking opening to the explosive ending, I couldn't look away.

Originally got this book as it has a couple of cases from my area from the 90's so I was quite inquisitive what actually happened. Well recommended, a very good read and keep em peeled! The book covers a lot of high profile cases from Fred n Rise West to Jamie Bulger to Rachel Nickell and even other cases you'll recognise. It is written in quite a ballsy way, being a forensic psychologist he takes a different approach to direct logical policing.
The latter I had so many questions, but this book confirms what everyone was thinking / talking about if you join the dots. One was a case of a housewife / bank manager being murdered by her husband and another a local teenager sexually assaulted / murdered close to where I used to hang around.
If you like watching police TV shows, especially Cracker and DCI Banks, then you will love this.
