The chapters are not too long for a child to read, and it is then followed with either interesting information or activities - for example making decorations/ornaments, gift boxs, wrapping paper, biscuits or "turkey pinwheels".

From my first glances this evening, the story appears enchanting, and I'm sure my children will love it, I certainly can't wait to have it out every year from now on. And the illustrations throughout the whole book are absolutely gorgeous! I cannot wait to share it with my children.

It came up as a suggestion based on my previous purchases and viewing history. Winston and his friends are such fun and adorable little characters. the daily activities are just a nice extra. He thought about the little baby asleep in the wooden box full of straw and promised himself that, as it was Christmas, he would come back when the letter was delivered and have a nap in that nice peaceful building while candles flickered warmly around him.
