In my work, I often encounter clients who are on the brink of burnout, struggling to find a balance between their creative ambitions and the demands of running a business. This book explains the complex inner workings of the human body in a clear and relatable manner. .

I’m particularly looking forward to trying some of the recipes, chilli being a particular favourite of mine, as the book is based on the nutritional benefits of what we eat having a positive effect on both our mental and physical wellbeing. As a man I’m not the targeted subject of this book, but from personal experience I could relate to many of the issues it raised, being married to a solicitor with a stressful workload for many years. It was so interesting and insightful and really helped to identify those possible signs or symptoms of burnout. From the moment I skimmed through its pages, I knew this book was different.

I absolutely loved reading this book. The book provides a clear detailed understanding of Burnout but is surprisingly easy to read and has many helpful suggestions from the authors own personal experience along her own road to recovery.

One of the standout features of this book is its myth-busting approach. "The Burnout Bible" will become an invaluable resource in my toolkit. The 'top tips' sections were really useful and helped to round up the advice into a clear and concise set of recommendations.
